座落在大连市甘井子区辛寨子开发区的铭殷塑胶有限公司是一家台资企业。在这座管理井然有序、事业蒸蒸日上的公司里,多年来安排了3000多人次的下岗职工。目前公司员工中80％以上的人都有过下岗失业的经历;公司从主管到车间各级管理人员,大多也曾是下岗失业人员。董事长吴文彬先生心系下岗职工,热心为政府排忧解难的善举,在甘井子区一带传为佳话。
Located in Xinjing Zhaizi Development Zone, Ganjingzi District, Dalian, Ming Yin Plastic Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-funded enterprise. In this well-managed and prosperous company, over 3,000 laid-off workers have been arranged over the years. At present, more than 80% of the employees in the company have the experience of being laid off and unemployed. Most of the managers from the supervisor to the shop floor are unemployed and laid-off workers.
