刀口裂开是妇产科手术后较常见的并发症之一。严重影响了病人术后康复及产后母乳喂养。我院采用食用白糖治疗术后刀口裂开多年。我们统计自1990年—1993年6月共68例刀口裂开病人,经采用食用白糖治疗后刀口愈合良好。现介绍如下。1 对象与方法:①对象:年龄20岁—34岁。腹部刀口拆线后裂开32例,其中,2例为腹部全层裂开。30例为筋膜层以外裂开。36例为会阴侧切口裂开。其中,1例合并Ⅱ度会阴裂伤。
Knife incision is one of the more common complications after obstetrics and gynecology surgery. Seriously affected the patient’s postoperative recovery and postpartum breastfeeding. Our hospital treated with white sugar after surgery knife edge split for many years. We statistics from 1990 - 1993 June a total of 68 cases of split incision patients, after treatment with food sugar healing incision healed well. Now introduced as follows. 1 objects and methods: ① object: age 20 years old -34 years old. Twenty-two cases were dissected after stitches were removed from abdomen, among them, 2 cases had full-thickness abdomen dissection. Thirty cases were ruptured outside the fascia. 36 cases of perineal incision cleft. Among them, 1 cases with Ⅱ degree perineal laceration.
