介绍了酸碱滴定法对丙烯酸、硫酸和硫酸氢铵混合溶液中丙烯酸的直接测定和间接测定方法。直接测定法标准偏差为0 .2 0 ,变异系数为 0 .2 3 % ,回收率为 96.0 %～ 97.5 % ,测定所用时间约需 3 0min。间接测定法结果有偏差 ,但操作简便迅速 (不到5min)。两种方法可在丙烯酸生产控制分析不同要求下使用。
The direct and indirect determination of acrylic acid in the mixed solution of acrylic acid, sulfuric acid and ammonium bisulfate by acid - base titration was introduced. The standard deviation of the direct assay was 0.2%, the coefficient of variation was 0.233%, the recovery was 96.0% ~ 97.5%, and the time required for the determination was about 30 min. Indirect determination of the results of bias, but easy to operate quickly (less than 5min). Both methods can be used under different requirements of acrylic acid production control analysis.
