患者,男,57岁。因咽痛于1992年7月18日晚自服20粒无锡中药厂产黄氏响声丸(当时未服其他药物),15分钟后出现咽喉明显不适感,声嘶,约20分钟后再服10粒黄氏响声丸,10分钟后,上述症状明显加重,同时反复心慌、胸闷、呼吸急促来我科门诊求医。体检:神清,急性病容,声音嘶哑,唇轻度发绀,R28次/分,P110次/分,BP18.0/10.0kPa,心律齐,心率110次/分,各瓣膜未闻及病理性杂音,双肺(-)。间接喉镜检查:咽部充血(+),声带水肿明显,声门裂0.8～1.0mm,即刻输氧,同时地塞米松10mg+10％葡萄糖20ml、静脉缓慢注射,4分钟后症
