为贯彻国家八部委联合下发的《关于城镇医药卫生体制改革的指导意见》以及十三个医改配套文件精神,我院通过开展“病人选择医生”的工作,在医院内部建立起竞争机制,从而推动医院用人及分配机制的改革。我们在学习领会有关文件的基础上,始终以“三个代表”为指导思想,把思想政治工作做在前,把认识统一在“以病人为中心”上,将“病人选择医生”的工作不是停留在“口号”和“搞活动”上,而是扎扎实实地落在实处,使医院内部机制发生了转变,融洽了医患之间的关系。
