高职院校青年教师群体处于职业成长期,其职业发展方式与职业发展途径,需要进行系统而科学的规划。从高职院校教育建设与发展的角度,分析青年教师的职业特点与职业环境,并指出青年教师在工作中存在的问题,进而提出青年教师自身发展与高职院校教育建设的大背景结合的发展途径与具体发展办法。
The group of young teachers in higher vocational colleges is in a period of career growth, and its career development mode and career development path require systematic and scientific planning.
