采用水热合成法,在不加入三氯化钛的条件下,合成出了具有三维层状骨架结构的锶硅分子筛AMH-3。对AMH-3的合成条件进行了考察,并采用了SEM、XRD、TG-DSC等方法对合成样品进行了物理化学性能表征。结果表明,在不加三氯化钛合成AMH-3的体系中,硅源的选择具有决定作用,同时n(Na2O)/n(SrO)和n(SiO2)/n(SrO)也是影响AMH-3合成的主要因素;XRD、TG-DSC研究结果表明,合成样品在450℃煅烧后,其骨架结构保持稳定。
Hydrothermal synthesis method, without adding titanium trichloride conditions, synthesized three-dimensional layered structure strontium silicon molecular sieve AMH-3. The synthetic conditions of AMH-3 were investigated. The physicochemical properties of the synthesized samples were characterized by SEM, XRD and TG-DSC. The results show that the choice of silicon source plays a decisive role in the synthesis of AMH-3 without TiCl4, and the effects of Na2O / SrO and SiO2 / 3 synthesis; XRD, TG-DSC results show that the synthesis of the sample calcined at 450 ℃, its structure remained stable.
