诗歌中的意象一直是研究的话题,其中对于中国诗歌,特别是中国古诗中王维、李白等诗人的诗歌中意象研究比较多,对于庞德的意象派诗歌研究也很深入,然而对于能够把自己获诺贝尔奖的《吉檀迦利》亲自翻译成英语的泰戈尔所作的诗歌中的意象研究却几乎是空白。目前对于泰戈尔诗歌,其中以《吉檀迦利》为代表的诗歌的研究多在他的“神”(宗教)或者女性主义、婴童层面、文学对比、音乐性、文本语言等,少有研究其意象方面的。本文运用诗歌翻译中的译者主体性,遵照诗歌翻译的原则,使用诗歌翻译中的陌生化等手段来发现泰戈尔意象翻译中的缺失,分析原因,进行还原实践的同时探寻泰戈尔诗歌翻译中还原意象的策略。
The images in poetry have always been the topic of study. Among them, there are many researches on the images of poetry in Chinese poetry, especially in ancient Chinese poems such as Wang Wei and Li Bai. The study of Pound’s Imagist poetry is also very deep. However, The study of the images in the poems by Tagore, who was personally translated into English by Gitanjali, who won the Nobel Prize, is almost empty. At present, there are few researches on Tagore poetry, among which his research on “Gitanjali” is mostly based on his “God” (religion) or feminism, infantism, literary contrast, musicality and textual language There is research on its imagery. This thesis uses the translator’s subjectivity in poetry translation, complies with the principle of poetry translation, uses the defamiliarization in poetry translation to find out the defects in Tagore’s image translation, analyzes the reasons, and tries to find out the reductive image in Tagore’s poetry translation Strategy.
