投资是国民经济发展的重要推动力。投资对产业结构发展有着双重功能和作用。一是改善目前的产业结构,解决产业之间、产业内部、供需之间的不平衡。二是塑造未来的产业结构,解决产业结构的合理化、高度化,以适应消费结构变化和科学技术进步。实际经济生活中,两种作用常常是密切结合的。投资结构始终是以产业结构为参照系,服务于和服从于产业结构发展的需要。产业结构要求投资结构,决定投资结构。
Investment is an important driving force for the development of the national economy. Investment in the development of the industrial structure has a dual function and role. First, to improve the current industrial structure, to solve the imbalance between industries, within the industry, supply and demand. The second is to shape the industrial structure in the future and to solve the rationalization and high degree of industrial structure so as to adapt to changes in consumption structure and scientific and technological progress. In actual economic life, the two roles are often closely integrated. The investment structure has always been based on the industrial structure as a reference system to serve and obey the needs of industrial structure development. The industrial structure requires the investment structure and determines the investment structure.
