本文介绍用补骨脂注射剂(水针)浓缩液直接在薄层板上点样,吹干,展开;再用岛津CS-930型双波长薄层扫描仪测定其中补骨脂内酯和异补骨脂内酯的含量。方法简便合理,定量可靠。
This article describes the use of psoralen injection (water needle) concentrated liquid directly on a thin layer plate, blow dry, and then use Shimadzu CS-930 dual-wavelength thin layer scanner to determine the psoralen lactone and different Psoralactone content. The method is simple and reasonable, quantitative and reliable.
