水库移民监理是一个新课题，它不同于单项基本建设工程监理。通过对移民监理现状的分析，详细地阐述了移民监理的任务、依据、内容，对比了移民监理与单项工程监理的区别，提出水库移民必须监理的观点。
Reservoir resettlement supervision is a new issue, which is different from the supervision of a single capital construction project. Through the analysis of the status quo of resettlement supervision, the author expounds in detail the tasks, basis and content of resettlement supervision, contrasts the differences between resettlement supervision and single project supervision and puts forward the viewpoint that reservoir resettlers must be supervised.
