在复杂的自动车床中,主轴和刀架的数量很大,而放置刀具用的地方又很少,因此必须采用尽量少的车刀来进行综合加工。本文介绍的综合加工车刀仅为不同变型结构的两种标准车刀,究竟选用哪一种则由工件形状和工艺的特点来决定。生产经验表明,常用的车刀[1]结构并不适用于每一具体情况,因而自动车床的工艺特性不能得到充分的利用,在工艺流程中还得补充辅助的工步甚至辅助工序。
In complex automatic lathes, the number of spindles and tool carriers is large and there are few places for tools to be placed, so a minimum number of turning tools must be used for machining.
