工控系统中现场监控设备一般有多而分散的特点,工控系统设计需遵循集中管理、分散控制的原则,对远端的设备采用无线通信方式实现数据传输。介绍了上海市松江西部污水厂监控系统设计方案,着重论述了基于GPRS技术的远端监控系统实现方案,给出了基于TCP/IP的远程通信机制,GPRS实现远程通信的具体实现方法。目前,该方案已应用于上海市松江西部污水处理厂,成功地实现了远程监控,具有稳定性、可靠性、经济性、实时性等特点。实践证明,该方案对于工业监控系统的设计有一定的参考价值。
Industrial control systems in the field of monitoring equipment is generally more and more dispersed, industrial control system design must follow the principle of centralized management, decentralized control, remote devices using wireless communication to achieve data transmission. This paper introduces the design scheme of monitoring system of Songjiang Western Wastewater Treatment Plant in Shanghai. The scheme of remote monitoring system based on GPRS technology is emphatically discussed. The concrete realization method of long distance communication based on TCP / IP and GPRS is given. At present, the scheme has been applied to the sewage treatment plant in Songjiang western part of Shanghai. It has successfully realized the remote monitoring and control and has the characteristics of stability, reliability, economy and real-time. Practice has proved that the program for the design of industrial monitoring system has some reference value.
