2005年,党召开会议提出了社会主义新农村建设这一口号,以“生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主”推进新农村的目标建设。其中,发展农村文化事业是新农村建设不可缺少的重要环节,而农村图书馆建设又是隶属于该环节的重要内容,同时,加紧图书馆的基础设施,可以丰富村民的文化生活,扩展知识面,潜移默化中提高他们的科学文化素质,间接推动农村经济社会的发展。在近些年的发展中,农村大都建立起图书馆,但却在承担这些任务上面,并没有发挥其效用。因此,本文旨在研究农村图书馆发展现状,并从信息服务建设方面提出改进措施。
In 2005, the party convened a meeting to set forth the slogan of building a new socialist countryside so as to push forward the goal of building a new countryside in a bid to promote the development of a new socialist countryside with “productive development, affluent life, civilized rural areas, clean and tidy villages, and democratic management.” Among them, the development of rural cultural undertakings is an indispensable link in building a new socialist countryside, and the construction of rural libraries is an important part of this link. At the same time, stepping up the infrastructure of libraries can enrich the cultural life of villagers and expand their knowledge , Imperceptibly to improve their scientific and cultural qualities, indirectly promote rural economic and social development. In recent years, most libraries in rural areas have been established, but these tasks have been undertaken without any effect. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to study the current situation of rural library development and propose improvement measures from the perspective of information service construction.
