毛囊、毛干及皮脂腺组成毛囊皮脂腺单元，这种皮肤中的复杂的三维结构具有独特的生化、代谢及免疫学性质。近年来对毛囊作为局部或全身给药途径的可能性进行了研究。对毛囊结构及功能进行更深入的了解有利于对毛囊给药系统处方的合理设计。靶向给药系统会促进对由毛囊引起的疾病的治疗。本文介绍了毛囊给药系统的发展，并对以毛囊皮脂腺作为靶向部位的可行性进行了讨论。
Hair follicles, hair shafts and sebaceous glands constitute the pilosebaceous unit of hair follicles. The complex three-dimensional structure in this skin has unique biochemical, metabolic and immunological properties. In recent years, the possibility of hair follicles as a route of administration locally or systemically has been studied. A more in-depth understanding of the structure and function of the hair follicle facilitates the rational design of the formulation of the hair follicle delivery system. Targeted delivery systems promote the treatment of diseases caused by hair follicles. This article describes the development of the hair follicle delivery system and discusses the feasibility of targeting the hair follicle sebaceous glands.
