内蒙古地处祖国北疆,是一个经济、文化不发达的少数民族自治区。位于内蒙古东部的赤峰市,自然条件差经济落后,落后的经济制约着民族地区公共图书馆事业的发展,图书馆事业的落后,又影响着民族地区公共图书馆事业的发展,图书馆事业的落后,又影响着民族地区经济的振兴,如何立足民族地区图书馆事业的实际,理清发展思路,采取有效对策是民族地区图书馆事业发展的重要课题。基于这种认识,我对赤峰市部分公共图书馆现状进行了调查,期望对少数民族地区图书馆事业的发展,提供建设性意见,供各方参考。一、少数民族地区图书馆的特点 Located in the northern part of the motherland, Inner Mongolia is an autonomous region of ethnic minorities that is economically and culturally underdeveloped.
