某些带有圆弧形状工件的检验,在批量很大时,常应用相应的各种标准圆弧样板检验,也可在投影仪上用标准放大图比较测量。但对于单件小批生产的圆弧状工件或圆弧样板,其圆弧的检验一般是比较困难的,特别对小于半圆周的短圆弧(简称劣弧)测量,更是如此。本文介绍在万能工具显微镜(简称万工显)、工具显微镜、万能测长机以及投影仪等通用仪器上,测定劣弧半径和中心坐标的几种方法,并分析其测量精度。

This article describes several methods for measuring the arc radius and center coordinates on a universal tool microscope (Wan Gongxian), tool microscope, universal measuring machine and projector, and to analyze the accuracy of measurement.
