2014省城乡建设系统优秀勘察设计城市规划二等奖1项目概况常州市老城厢内水系丰富,为了顺应“十二五”期间国家对民生、文化、生态方面的政策导向与发展要求,古运河常州城区段(中吴大桥-政成桥)作为京杭大运河申遗的重要载体、申报国家级历史文化名城的近期抓手、建设“精品城市”的主战场和推进主城区“三改”工作的重要举措,沿河两岸地区日益成为城市发展关注的重点。
