(桂建质[2015]31号)南宁、柳州、桂林、梧州、北海、钦州、贵港、贺州市住房城乡建设委(局):为进一步了解我区开展住宅工程质量常见问题专项治理活动情况及治理效果,了解我区住宅工程质量逐套验收管理情况,加强住宅工程质量管理,督促建设、施工、监理等参建单位认真履职,不断提高我区住宅工程质量水平,根据我厅印发的(广西壮族自治区建设工程质量治理两年行动实施方案》的有关要求,定于2015年11月2日起开展住宅工程质量常见问题治理暨逐套验收专项检
