解决新疆农村饮水安全问题,是当前农牧民最关心、最直接、最现实的民生问题之一,关系到农牧民身体健康和社会稳定。国务院农村饮水安全工程“十二五”规划明确指出:要在“十二五”期间将解决饮水不安全人口的问题。随着建设步伐的加快和农村饮水安全工程的建立,运行管理方面也存在很多问题。本文根据新疆农村饮水安全发展的实际情况,在深入调查研究的基础上,对存在的主要问题和解决措施提出一点建议。
Solving the problem of drinking water safety in rural areas of Xinjiang is one of the most immediate and most livelihood problems that peasants and herdsmen care most about nowadays. It is related to the health and social stability of peasants and herdsmen. The State Council Rural Drinking Water Safety Project “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” clearly states: It is necessary to solve the problem of unsafe drinking water population during the 12th Five-Year Plan period. With the accelerated pace of construction and the establishment of rural drinking water safety project, there are many problems in operation and management. Based on the actual situation of the development of drinking water safety in rural areas in Xinjiang, this paper puts forward some suggestions to the existing problems and solutions based on the thorough investigation and study.
