如图1所示的薄壁盘状零件,原加工工艺平面磨削难以保证a、b两面平行度0.008mm,废品率和返修率高达70%以上。为此,我厂采用MQ1420外圆磨床进行磨削,制作一定位轴(见图2),以内孔及b面(经研磨)定位,压紧内台,磨削a面。磨削参数为:V=35m/s;V_w=0.2m/s;B=4mm。其中V为砂轮速度;V_w为工件速度;B为磨削宽度。这种方法的优点是减小了在平面磨床上反复磨削两平面所造成的变形,在外圆磨床上磨削,磨
