With the deepening implementation of the China-Africa cooperation and development strategy, the number of Chinese enterprises participating in economic construction in Africa has been rapidly increasing, and the number of non-enterprise workers in China has also risen rapidly. African countries have attached increasing importance to the employment of their own workforce and the localization of Chinese enterprises has also increased the employment of local staff.
