党的十一届三中全会以后,党的民主集中制逐渐得到恢复和健全。但是近些年来,又出现了一些新的情况、新的矛盾,民主集中制的贯彻执行又面临着一些新的问题。为什么会出现这种情况?如何才能使民主集中制得到更好的贯彻执行?这里,想谈一点不成熟的看法。(一)“历史经验证明,实行民主集中制,做起来很不容易”。(《陈云文选(1956——1985年)》第307页)我们党诞生以来在70多年的历程中创造性地,坚持了民主集中制
After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party, the democratic centralism of the party has gradually been restored and improved. However, in recent years, some new situations have emerged. New contradictions and the implementation of democratic centralism still face some new problems. Why did this happen? How can we achieve a better implementation of the system of democratic centralism? Here, I would like to talk about some immature opinions.
