江苏旅游产业发展居全国第一,但江苏旅游企业单体发展不足,目前靠旅游投资快速增长来拉动旅游产业快速发展,尽管上海世博会展示出了江苏旅游新形象,但由于江苏旅游企业自身形象提升慢,服务接待及品牌价值、服务文化等多方面打造不足,使得江苏旅游产业出现新开发人气量大,老区旅游接待能力下滑,其企业旅游产品再发展不足,文化沉淀不足。笔者借机提建议,如以稳增长,可持续发展为根本,积极运用中长期旅游发展战略;加大旅游产品的再开发、再投入力度;全面塑造和提升旅游企业文化等建议。希望江苏旅游企业引起重视,最终使江苏旅游产业长期保持在全国第一的位置上,塑造全国旅游新形象。
