如果说“山泉湖河城”是济南的灵魂,那么“四大中心”则是济南的骨架。在这个夏去秋来的时节,“打造四个中心,建设现代泉城”的氛围依旧延续着夏日天气的节奏,不断升温。这个已经走进人们视线两个多月的城市发展战略,在“十二五”的收官之年,一锤定音。缘何提出?6月10日,在为期两天半的“济南市解放思想大计论”的务虚会上,中共山东省委常委、济南市委书记王文涛勾勒出济南未来发展的“施政纲领”——“打造四个中心、建设现代泉城”。即:打造全国的区域性经济、金融、物流中心和科技创新中心,建设与山东经济文化强省相适应的现代泉城。
