研究了不同金属离子的盐类对乙酸和正丁醇酯化反应的催化作用,发现随着金属离子价态的升高,其硫酸盐的催化酯化能力增强.Ti(SO4)2是较好的酯化催化剂,而金属离子的弱酸盐类没有催化能力.改进了无机盐的使用方法,考察了不同外加物质对反应的影响,对有关催化机理进行了推测.
The catalytic effect of salts of different metal ions on the esterification of acetic acid and n-butanol was studied. It was found that the esterification ability of sulfate increased with the valence of metal ions. Ti (SO4) 2 is a good esterification catalyst, whereas weak acid salts of metal ions have no catalytic ability. The use of inorganic salts was improved, the influence of different additives on the reaction was investigated, and the related catalytic mechanism was presumed.
