用科学发展现统领卫生事业建设,坚持以人为本,构建和谐医患关系是当前医疗卫生机构的首要任务。最近,济宁医学院附属医院在满足社会群众医疗需求,特别是在解决群众看病难、看病贵的问题上摸索出了一条可行、深入、持久的途径,不仪受到了社会和群众的广泛赞誉,医院自身的建设和经营也实现了持续的发展。很多人认为病人的医疗支出降低了自然意味着医院的收入减少了,那么医院如何能够同时保障自身的生存和发展?带着这样的问题我们对这所医院进行了调查。
It is the primary task of the current medical and health institutions to use scientific development to lead the construction of health services, to adhere to the people-centered approach, and to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. Recently, the affiliated hospital of Jining Medical College has found a feasible, in-depth, and long-lasting way to meet the medical needs of the general public, especially in solving the problem of the difficulty of the medical service and expensive medical treatment. It has been widely praised by the society and the public. The hospital’s own construction and operation have also achieved continuous development. Many people think that the medical expenses of the patients are reduced by the natural means that the hospital’s income is reduced. How can hospitals protect their own survival and development at the same time? We have investigated this hospital with such problems.
