冷库自动控制阀门上的法兰盘重十几公斤(图1),材料为25钢。这样的锻件如用常规的胎模锻造方案需要在750公斤的锻锤上进行,但我厂最大的锻造设备只有250公斤空气锤。为了能利用现有设备解决生产实际问题,于是我们设计锻模时综合了开式套模重量轻、闭武套模锻件精度高的优点,采用逐步局部变形的方法,使其两火顺利锻成。锻模分预锻、终锻两套横具,现把锻造过程介绍如下。
