本文较系统地介绍了美国“星球大战”计划中有关光电子技术的各个项目,从而清楚地说明光电子技术在该项计划中的重要地位。作者指出,“星球大战”如能成功执行,不仅将使战略防御进入一个新阶段,而且还会带动科学技术的飞跃发展,起到振兴经济的推动作用。作者还着重分析了该计划对光电技术的未来发展的重大意义。最后例举了该计划的研究成果将可用于战术武器和常规装备以及民用等方面,并将给它们带来重大的效益。
This article presents a more systematic overview of the various projects related to optoelectronics in the Star Wars project in the United States to clearly illustrate the importance of optoelectronics in this project. The author points out that if “Star Wars” can be successfully implemented, it will not only bring strategic defense into a new stage, but also promote the rapid development of science and technology and promote the economy. The author also focuses on analyzing the significance of this project to the future development of optoelectronic technology. In the end, the research results of the plan will be used in tactical weapons and conventional equipment as well as civilian applications, and will bring significant benefits to them.
