本研究在调研北京市中小学校办学情况的基础上,总结了教育综合改革不断深入,学生综合素质普遍提高,办学条件明显改善,队伍管理机制不断完善,平安校园建设成效明显等方面取得的进展,揭示了教育供给与需求存在的矛盾,并对办学条件、基本建设、教师队伍和校园安全等问题加以分析;提出增强优质均衡发展责任意识,科学预测与积极应对入学高峰期压力,依法加强教育配套设施建设,加强学校安全监管、消除隐患,修订办学条件标准等方面的建议。
Based on the investigation of primary and middle schools in Beijing, this study summarizes the progress made in the comprehensive education reform, the general improvement of students’ comprehensive qualifications, the obvious improvement of school conditions, the continual improvement of the team management mechanism and the remarkable achievements in safe campus construction. Reveals the contradiction between the supply of education and demand, and analyzes the conditions of running a school, capital construction, teachers’ ranks and campus safety and so on; puts forward the sense of responsibility to enhance the development of high quality and balanced development, scientific prediction and positive response to the peak pressure of admission, Facilities construction, strengthening the safety supervision of schools, eliminating hidden dangers and revising standards of schooling conditions.
