应用角膜地形图系统研究了101例161眼老年性白内障的角膜地形特征。结果表明,平均表面规则指数(SRI)为0.79,表面不对称指数(SAI)为0.36。模拟角膜曲率读数(SimK)为44.46D和43.56D,最小角膜曲率读数(MinK)为43.52D。双眼对称地形图的患者占50%(30/60)。33例37眼(23%)角膜表面散光度<1D。角膜地形特征以不规则形最多占40.4%,椭圆形最少占16.1%,圆形和蝶形领结形分别为21.2%和22.3%。提示老年性白内障术前角膜并非呈正球柱形,而是一个非球面体,周边弯曲度较中央小,从中央到周边相同径线的绝对屈光度逐渐减低,这可能部分的代偿球面散射作用,从而在视网膜上形成一个更清晰的物象。
The corneal topography of 101 patients with senile cataract in 161 eyes was studied by corneal topography. The results showed that the average surface roughness index (SRI) was 0.79 and the surface asymmetry index (SAI) was 0.36. The simulated corneal curvature readings (SimK) were 44.46D and 43.56D, and the minimum corneal curvature reading (MinK) was 43.52D. Binocular topography of patients accounted for 50% (30/60). Corneal surface astigmatism was less than 1D in 33 eyes (23%). Corneal topography accounted for up to 40.4% of the irregular shape, at least 16.1% oval, round and bow tie-shaped were 21.2% and 22.3%.
