在pH =5 .0HAc -NaAc缓冲介质中 ,溴化十六烷基吡啶 (CPB)存在下 ,Te(IV)与过量的二磺基苯基荧光酮 (DSF)生成 1∶4稳定络合物 ,λmax=5 5 5nm ,ε=1.35× 10 5L·mol-1·cm-1.Te(IV)在 0~ 10 μg/2 5mL内符合比尔定律 .方法用于硒中微量碲的测定 ,结果令人满意 .
