煤矿救生舱的爆炸模拟分析

煤矿救生舱将成为矿工井下逃生的重要设备,其结构强度直接决定了矿工的生命安全。为提高救生舱强度,在ABAQUS环境下建立了救生舱的有限元模型,使用显式积分方法得到了在煤矿瓦斯爆炸时的压力对救生舱的影响。救生舱的最大应力出现在角落应力奇异处及肋板中部部分区域并达到了屈服强度,但救生舱的总体应力大小在允许范围之内。 Coal mine rescue cabin will become an important underground miners escape equipment, the structural strength of the miners directly determine the life and safety. In order to improve the strength of the rescue capsule, a finite element model of the rescue capsule was set up under the environment of ABAQUS, and the effect of the pressure on the rescue capsule during the gas explosion of the coal mine was obtained by using the explicit integral method. The maximum stress of the rescue cabin appears at the corner stress singularity and the central part of the floor and reaches the yield strength, but the total stress of the rescue cabin is within the allowable range.
