面对现在的教学改革,许多人提出了个性化教学的教学模式,以便更加地尊重学生的差异性和发挥学生的潜能。新课标提出:“学生的数学学习应该是一个生动活泼,主动的和富有个性的过程”“不同的人在学习上取得不同的发展”。所以如何开展数学个性化教学成为教师面临和亟待解决的重要问题。需要广大的教育工作者不断地探索和实践,和深入的进行交流。
Faced with the current teaching reform, many people put forward the teaching model of personalized teaching in order to more respect the differences of students and develop the potential of students. The new curriculum proposed: “Students’ mathematical learning should be a lively, active and personalized process.” “Different people make different developments in learning.” Therefore, how to carry out personalized teaching of mathematics has become an important issue that teachers face and urgently need to solve. The vast number of educators need continuous exploration and practice, and in-depth exchanges.
