Objective To explore the value of electronic colonoscopy screening of family history of colorectal cancer. Methods Electronomicroscopy was used to screen asymptomatic volunteers from 30 to 60 years of age. The patients were divided into two groups according to the family history of colorectal cancer: first-degree relatives had colorectal cancer first syndrome group as research group, first-degree relatives Colorectal cancer syndrome patients group as the control group, each group were selected for 100 consecutive colon cancer and enteric adenoma detection rate comparison. Results The study group detected 6 cases of colorectal cancer and 12 cases of colorectal adenoma. The total detection rate was 18%. In the control group, 2 cases of colorectal cancer and 3 cases of colorectal adenoma were detected. The total detection rate was 5%. The detection rate of family history of colorectal cancer was significantly higher than that of family history without colorectal cancer (χ2 = 8.755, P <0.01). Conclusion colonoscopy in asymptomatic population screening for early detection of colorectal cancer and colorectal adenoma.
