结扎沙鼠两侧颈总动脉45分钟后再灌流45分钟造成急性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,发现脑组织水和Na含量显著增高,微量元素Cu含量降低,但脑组织K、Fe和Zn含量无明显变化。再灌注前5分钟腹注补阳还五汤(14克生药/kg)或川芎嗪(0.032g/kg),可使该模型脑组织水和Na含量明显降低,川芎嗪尚可抑制再灌注后脑组织Cu含量的降低。结果提示两药均可通过改善脑组织水和Na代谢而对抗脑缺血再灌注损伤,川芎嗪的作用还与其提高脑内Cu含量有关。
After ligating the common carotid arteries on both sides of the gerbil for 45 minutes and then perfused for 45 minutes, an acute cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury model was established.
