2004年末,国家广播电影电视总局和商务部联合发布了《中外合资、合作广播电视节目制作经营企业管理暂行规定》,对外资进入中国广播电视节目制作领域做了具体规定。国家发布的《外商投资产业指导目录》中,也首次将影视节目制作列为对外开放领域。
At the end of 2004, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television and the Ministry of Commerce jointly promulgated the “Provisional Regulations on the Management of Sino-Foreign Joint Ventures and Cooperative Radio and Television Program Production and Operation Enterprises”, and made specific provisions on the entry of foreign funds into China’s radio and television program production. For the first time, “Catalog for the Guidance of Foreign Investment Industries” promulgated by the state lists the production of film and television programs as the field of opening up to the outside world.
