和平发展思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,也是目前我国政府提出和平崛起观的重要理论依据。该文从四个方面探讨了邓小平和平发展思想,即:邓小平对国际环境作出了正确和科学的判断;中国的发展离不开世界,把中国的现代化建设放在国际环境中来考察;奉行有中国特色的独立自主的社会主义的和平与发展的国际战略;以和平方式解决国际争端。
The idea of peaceful development is an important part of Deng Xiaoping Theory and an important theoretical basis for the government of our country to put forward the concept of peaceful rise. This article explores Deng Xiaoping’s thought of peaceful development in four aspects: Deng Xiaoping made correct and scientific judgments on the international environment; China can not develop without the world and considers China’s modernization as an international environment; The international strategy of peace and development of an independent and independent socialist with Chinese characteristics; and the peaceful settlement of international disputes.
