测定接触六氟化硫电气开关的作业人员的肺活量(VC)、用力肺活量(FVC),计算第一秒用力肺活量(FEV1)、中期流速(FEF25%~75%)以及末期流速(FEF75%~85%)。观察组以上各项指标的均值随着接触时间的增长而呈降低趋势,异常率随接触时间的增长而呈增高趋势,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。提示接触六氟化硫电气设备弧后气体对作业人员的肺通气功能有一定的影响。
The vital capacity (FVC), the forced vital capacity (FEV1), the mid-term flow rate (FEF25% -75%) and the end-stage flow rate (FEF75% -85) were calculated for workers exposed to sulfur hexafluoride electrical switches. %). The average value of each index in observation group decreased with the increase of contact time, and the abnormal rate increased with the increase of contact time, which had statistical significance compared with control group. It is suggested that the post-arc gas contact with sulfur hexafluoride electrical equipment will have some effect on the pulmonary ventilation function of the workers.
