本文对花垣锰矿矿石特性和物化性质进行分析,指出该矿属于一种低铁高磷贫锰难选矿石,用浮游选矿法和重力选矿法都难以达到富锰的目的。根据矿石与废石及脉石磁性差别较大的特点,采用磁选法选别花垣锰矿可以得到较好的选矿指标。介绍了间接法确定菱锰矿比磁化系数的原理、意义及测定结果,指出花垣锰矿菱锰矿不仅磁性较强,而且具有铁磁性的某样特征。对几年来用磁选法选别花垣锰矿所使用的磁选设备、流程及指标进行了综合分析,提出花垣锰矿强磁选的一些特点和合理流程。
In this paper, the characteristics and physico-chemical properties of Huayuan manganese ore are analyzed. It is pointed out that the ore belongs to a low-iron high-phosphorus poor-manganese ore refractory ore, and it is difficult to reach the goal of manganese enrichment by both the floatation method and the gravity separation method. According to the great difference between ore and waste rock and gangue magnetism, magnetic separation method can be used to select Huayuan manganese ore to get better beneficiation index. The principle, significance and determination results of indirect method to determine the magnetization coefficient of rhodochrosite were introduced. It was pointed out that the Huayuan manganese ore rhodochrosite is not only highly magnetic but also has some characteristics of ferromagnetism. In the past few years, the magnetic separation equipment, processes and indexes used by magnetic separation method in sorting Huayuan manganese ore were comprehensively analyzed, and some characteristics and reasonable processes of strong magnetic separation in Huayuan manganese mine were put forward.
