利用Gleeble3500热模拟机对25Cr Mo钢进行热压缩试验,研究变形温度为950~1 100℃、应变速率为0.01~10 s-1条件下的应力-应变曲线。根据动态材料模型DMM建立材料的热加工图,确定其热变形的流变失稳区,得到25Cr Mo钢在试验参数范围内的最佳热变形工艺参数:温度为1 050~1 100℃、应变速率为0.1 s-1。
The hot compressive tests of 25Cr Mo steel were carried out by using Gleeble3500 thermal simulator to study the stress-strain curve under the condition of deformation temperature of 950 ~ 1 100 ℃ and strain rate of 0.01 ~ 10 s-1. According to the dynamic material model DMM, the hot working diagram of the material was established and the rheological instability zone of the hot deformation was determined. The optimum hot deformation process parameters of the 25Cr Mo steel were obtained within the experimental parameters: temperature of 1 050 ~ 1 100 ℃, strain The rate is 0.1 s-1.
