用直流和交流方法试测合镍与含铁各约50%的镍-铁合金的磁性。剩磁感与饱和磁感的比值Br/B_r,与矫顽力H_c作为评比材料的指标。本实验所用样品于热轧后经过三种冷轧压延率;即(Ⅰ)94%,(Ⅱ)98%,与(Ⅲ)99%。第(Ⅰ)类与第(Ⅱ)类样品分别在5个温度保持1小时;即(1)900°,(2)1000°,(3)1100°,(4)1200°,与(5)1300℃。第(Ⅲ)类样品在1100℃分3个保温时间熟炼;即(1)30分,(2)1小时与(3)11/2小时。这三类经过再结晶的样品的磁滞回线均经分别测出。合金的立方织构的形成曾用X-射线极图方法进行研究。结果将见另一篇报告。对于这种用于磁放大器等的合金材料的发展,最后作了讨论。
Measurement of Magnetism of Nickel - Iron Alloys Containing about 50% of Nickel and Iron by DC and AC Methods. Remaining magnetic saturation and saturation magnetic ratio Br / B_r, and coercivity H_c as the index material. The samples used in this experiment were subjected to three cold rolling rates after hot rolling: 94% for (I), 98% for (II) and 99% for (III). (1) 900 °, (2) 1000 °, (3) 1100 °, (4) 1200 °, and (5) samples were kept at 5 temperatures for 1 hour and 1 hour respectively; 1300 ° C. Samples of type (III) were cooked at 1100 ° C for 3 incubation periods; namely (1) 30 minutes, (2) 1 hour and (3) 11/2 hours. The hysteresis loops of these three types of recrystallized samples were measured separately. The cubic texture of the alloy has been studied using the X-ray polarography method. The result will see another report. Finally, the development of such alloy materials for magnetic amplifiers and the like is discussed.
