随着社会主义市场经济的不断深入发展,中国社会正经历着深刻的变革。全球化、信息化迎面而来,社会利益结构和利益群体日趋多元化。所有这些都对我国政府决策提出了更高的要求。因此,分析我国公共政策制定过程的特点,重视公共政策制定过程中存在的问题,实现公共政策的民主化与法制化,有着十分重要的意义。
With the deepening development of the socialist market economy, Chinese society is undergoing profound changes. Globalization and informationization are on the rise, and the structure of social interests and interest groups are increasingly diversified. All these put forward higher requirements for our government’s decision-making. Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze the characteristics of the process of making public policies in our country, pay attention to the problems existing in the process of making public policies, and realize the democratization and legalization of public policies.
