人的一生是一个循序渐进、不断发展变化的过程,不同的年龄有不同的生理和心理特征。女性进入40岁以后,有的人会陆续出现种种异状,如体力下降、容易激动、心慌、烦躁,甚至情绪反常,这就该是迎接更年期到来的时候了。更年期是女性生命过程中一个新的起点,那么,应如何合理调整,顺利度过更年期呢?
Human life is a gradual, continuous development and change process, different ages have different physical and psychological characteristics. After women enter the age of 40, some people will gradually appear all kinds of abnormalities, such as physical exertion, easy to excited, palpitation, irritability, and even emotional anomalies, which is to meet the arrival of menopause. Menopause is a new starting point in the process of female life, so how should we reasonably adjust and successfully pass menopause?
