目的观察白鹤灵芝不同提取部位对小鼠出血、凝血时间的影响。方法取正常健康小鼠110只,随机分为11组,分别为生理盐水组、丹参组(3.20g/kg)、白鹤灵芝三个提取部位的高(48.0g/kg)、中(24.0g/kg)、低(12.0g/kg)剂量组。每组10只,分别灌胃给药,连续7d。分别采用断尾法测定小鼠的出血时间,玻片法和玻管法测定小鼠的凝血时间。结果与生理盐水组比较,除正丁醇低剂量组外,其余各组小鼠出血时间延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。玻片法结果显示,与生理盐水组比较,石油醚与乙酸乙酯的高剂量组小鼠凝血时间延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);丹参组,石油醚低剂量组,乙酸乙酯中剂量组,正丁醇高、中剂量组小鼠凝血时间延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。毛细血管法结果显示,与生理盐水组比较,石油醚低剂量组小鼠凝血时间延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);丹参组,石油醚高、中剂量组,乙酸乙酯高、中剂量组,正丁醇高、中剂量组凝血时间延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白鹤灵芝不同提取部位有延长小鼠出血时间和凝血时间,提示白鹤灵芝有一定活血化瘀的作用。
Objective To observe the effects of different parts of Cochin Ganoderma lucidum on hemorrhage and clotting time in mice. Methods Totally 110 normal healthy mice were randomly divided into 11 groups: high-dose group (48.0g / kg), middle-group (24.0g / kg), low (12.0g / kg) dose group. Each group of 10, respectively, gavage, continuous 7d. The tail bleeding method was used to determine the bleeding time of mice. The glass method and glass tube method were used to determine the clotting time of mice. Results Compared with the normal saline group, the bleeding time of mice in other groups was longer than that in normal saline group (P <0.05, P <0.01). Compared with the saline group, the clotting time of mice in the high-dose petroleum ether and ethyl acetate groups was longer (P <0.01), while those in the Salvia miltiorrhiza group, low-dose petroleum ether group, Ester middle dose group, n-butanol high and medium dose group mice clotting time, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The results of capillary method showed that compared with the saline group, the clotting time of mice in the low-dose petroleum ether group was longer than that in the normal saline group (P <0.01); the Salvia miltiorrhiza group, petroleum ether high and middle dose groups, In the middle dose group, the clotting time of high and middle n-butyl alcohol group was longer, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Crane Ganoderma lucidum different extraction sites have extended the bleeding time and clotting time in mice, suggesting that white crane Ganoderma lucidum there is a certain role of blood circulation.
