目的:声带白斑的诊断及治疗。方法:声带白斑伴上皮细胞中重度不典型增生的患者手术治疗,单纯声带白斑及上皮细胞轻度不典型增生患者保守治疗。结果:一次性手术治愈率达到71.1%,保守治疗患者疗效也令人满意。结论声带白斑伴上皮细胞中重度不典型增生患者因存在癌变可能,需手术治疗。上皮细胞轻度不典型的患者可保守治疗。
Objective: Diagnosis and treatment of vocal cord leukoplakia. Methods: Patients with severe atypical hyperplasia of vocal cord leukoplakia and epithelial cells were treated conservatively with vocal cord leukoplakia and mild dysplasia of epithelial cells. Results: The cure rate of one-time operation reached 71.1%, and the curative effect of conservative treatment was also satisfactory. Conclusions The patients with severe atypical hyperplasia of leukoplakia and epithelial cells may be treated with surgery due to the possibility of canceration. Patients with mild atypical epithelial cells can be treated conservatively.
