克拉马托尔斯克起重运输设备科学研究所研制成功加工内球面的机械装置。该装置(见图1)的刀架4与销轴12刚性联接,销轴安装在壳体6的轴套11中。刀架一端由拧在销轴12上的螺母13固定,刀架的另一端顶在扇形压板14上,该压板固定在亮体表面上。刀架的无间隙移动靠螺母13拉紧和调整垫片10来保证。在壳内装有行程丝杠3(相对刀架原始位置30°),它的轴向间隙依靠调节环9来消除。
Kramatorsk lifting transport equipment Institute of Science and Technology developed a successful processing of the sphere of the mechanical devices. The tool holder 4 of the device (see FIG. 1) is rigidly connected to a pin 12 which is mounted in a sleeve 11 of the housing 6. One end of the knife holder is fixed by a nut 13 screwed on the pin shaft 12 and the other end of the knife holder rests on a fan-shaped pressing plate 14 which is fixed on the surface of the bright body. Gap-free movement of the tool holder is ensured by tightening the nut 13 and adjusting the washer 10. In the housing with travel screw 3 (relative to the original position of the knife holder 30 °), its axial clearance by adjusting the ring 9 to eliminate.
