研究抗衰延寿方对老年大鼠肝细胞核DNA单链断裂的影响。结果表明,老年犬鼠肝细胞核DNA单链断裂点比青年大鼠多(P<0.05)。抗衰延寿方增加老年大鼠肝细胞细胞核双链DNA解旋剩余率(即减少DNA单链断裂)17.3％。
To study the effect of Kangshuai Shoufang Decoction on the single-strand breaks of nuclear DNA in aged rats. The results showed that the single-strand breakpoints of nuclear DNA in liver cells of old dogs were more than those in young rats (P<0.05). Anti-bismish Yanshou decoction increased the remaining rate of nuclear double-strand DNA unwinding (ie, reducing DNA single-strand breaks) in aged rats by 17.3%.
