学校体育工作是流于形式还是能够继续走向深入,很关键的一点是能否建立一套有效的监测、评估和督促机制。目前,中小学体育工作面临的主要问题是:重视不够,常常被挤占,基本运动时间无法得到完全保障;农村学校及经济欠发达地区学校的场地、器材、设施不足;体育教师整体数量不足,尤其农村学校专职体育教师非常缺乏,现有的师资水平也不能完全达到要求且队伍不稳定;体育教学观念、方法陈旧,体育课的枯燥与学生的运动热情间的矛盾日益严重;体育
