胃癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,在我国其发病率居各类肿瘤的首位。死亡率高,在胃的恶性肿瘤中,腺癌占95%这也是最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,乃至名列人类所有恶性肿瘤之前茅。早期胃癌多无症状或仅有轻微症状。当临床症状明显时,病变多已属晚期[1]。近来,我们采用腹腔镜远端胃癌根治术治疗胃癌患者41例,获得了满意的疗效,现报道如下。1.资料与方法1.1一般资料本研究所选病例均来自我院2009年4月-2011年9月普外科收治
